Bail before arrest plea of accused dismissed

ISLAMABAD: The bail before arrest plea of two suspects involved in the CDA vs AJCL case was dismissed by the additional sessions judge which was fixed before the court for hearing on Saturday.

According to details shared by CDA, after detailed arguments of both sides, the additional sessions judge dismissed the plea, following which both accused persons were arrested from the court room and sent to jail. The case was initiated on the request of Directorate of Municipal Administration who got two FIRs registered against AJCL on charges of alleged corruption and corrupt practices as per law.
