ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of the Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) on Wednesday announced the schedule for the elections of three national sports federations, set to take place on June 20 at the PSB Coaching Centre on Ferozepur Road in Lahore.

According to an official press release, polls for the Alpine Club of Pakistan will begin at 10:00am, followed by elections for the Pakistan Bodybuilding Federation at 2:30pm, and the Pakistan Tenpin Bowling Federation at 4:00pm.

The commission has directed that nomination papers, voter lists, and any objections be submitted to the PSB headquarters in Islamabad no later than June 12. Scrutiny of nominations will be conducted the same day between 10:00am and 1:00pm, with provisional lists of voters and candidates to be issued at 2:00pm.

Objections may be filed until 10:00am on June 13, and decisions on those objections will be announced by 12:00pm. Final lists of voters and candidates are scheduled to be published at 3:00pm the same day.

The Election Commission further stated that all proceedings on election day will be broadcast live. No travel or daily allowances (TA/DA) will be provided to any candidate or voter.

The notification was signed by Chief Election Commissioner Waseem Majeed Malik and members Babar Sohail and Zohaib Hassan Gondal. The commission has urged all stakeholders to adhere strictly to the announced schedule, noting that no documents submitted after the stipulated deadlines will be accepted.
