About Ticket Wala:

Founded in 2019 by Botejue, Zayan Abedeen and Zayaan Bawany, Ticket Wala originally set out to create a marketplace product for all the event promoters in the country. Over time, the team has evolved: today, it’s a vertically integrated entertainment company that lists and tickets events, manages artists and creates its own event productions - including Hasan Raheem’s acclaimed Nautanki Tour of Pakistan. The marketplace has listed over 2,600 events in Pakistan in the last three years, working with over 900 of the top promoters in the country.

Ticket Wala’s Artist Division now boasts seven top artists and producers. Raheem needs no introduction - once 2021’s Breakout Artist of the Year, he’s an established, prolific, bonafide superstar today, with hits galore and sold out tours across the UK, North America and UAE. Jani, one of the country’s top Urdu Rappers, had the Number 1 Song on YouTube Trending 2024, and became the first Pakistani Artist to sign with NYC-Based Record Label Mass Appeal.

Emergent artists like Daniyaal Omar and Afusic have entered the scene with tons of traction - Omar was the hit opener for Raheem’s entire UK tour, while Afusic’s song Pal Pal has hit number one on Spotify charts, with millions of streams across platforms within a month. Producers like Abdullah Kasumbi, Shehryar Khan and Ali Soomro have been involved in multiple record breakers, including Aisey Kaisey, Jhol, Pal Pal and more.

Pakistan’s event industry continues to grow, driven by passion, creativity and a commitment to quality. At the centre of this evolution is Ticket Wala, which has digitised the sector, established the first dataset on Pakistani event-goers and fostered an audience that has encouraged numerous promoters to enter the market and enhance the standard of their events.

Ticket Wala is launching its global operations in 2025, capitalising on the astronomical potential of the markets in North America, UK, Australia and MENA for South-Asian events, where large diaspora communities and the new generation of Pakistani Artists will be connected through the platform.
